Welcome to the Born Brown Help Center. We’ve compiled some of our customers’ most frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place. Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind. Should you have any other issue that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Return Policy???

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If your pins are damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY 

  • Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. 

  • We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.

  • We will not replace pins that you've damaged.

Shipping???

  • We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays, weekends or postal holidays.

  • Orders ship out every Wednesday and Saturday.

  • If you are trying to have your order shipped on a Wednesday or a Saturday, your order must be placed by 10am EST that day.  

  • If you have to make corrections to your order, email us at bornbrown1006@gmail.com with your order number or simply reply to your order confirmation email. 

Pins for Boys???

It has come to our attention the need for pins for our young men. We are currently creating a line that will suit our audience. These are set to roll out in July.
